We take mechanism to proper handling your data, such as we’ve trained our support personnel to NEVER ask for your sensitive data such as password.

Payroll Account
You will designate and authorize either yourself and/or one or more individual users of the Service with authority to act on your behalf and to bind you and/or your business (each a “Payroll Administrator”), who may access the Service by entering a confidential email and password created by following the instructions provided via the Service and which will entitle them, depending on their designation and permissions given, to have authority to access, review, modify and/or provide approvals on your behalf. The Payroll Administrator will approve and submit the Payroll Information thereby authorizing Kakitangan.com to create and transmit forms and files necessary to process your payroll and statutory body transactions.
You will, and will cause your authorized users to, take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of the authorization procedures and the email/password combination and related instructions provided by Kakitangan.com. If you believe or suspect that any such email/passwords or related instructions have been known or accessed by unauthorized persons, you will immediately notify Kakitangan.com in a manner affording Kakitangan.com a reasonable opportunity to act on the information, and you acknowledge that failure to immediately notify Kakitangan.com could result in unauthorized access to confidential information concerning you and your employees.
Kakitangan.com reserves the right to prevent access to the Service should Kakitangan.com have reason to believe the confidentiality of the security procedure or the confidentiality of the email/passwords have been compromised. You are responsible for any actions taken on the Service by your Payroll Administrator and/or any other authorized users, and for any transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account. You agree that the provision of a email/password by you, your Payroll Administrator and/or any other authorized users, will have the same effect as providing a written signature authorizing electronic payments, submissions and other actions on the Service.

Protect your payroll account at all costs too. Switch on MFA on your account. Again, we are not liable for any damages occurred due to improper safekeeping of your payroll account details.
Payroll Information
Kakitangan.com will notify you via electronic communication or by other means when all data necessary to begin the Service has been received and the onboarding process has been completed. You shall then, prior to submitting your first payroll, review for completeness and accuracy the Payroll Information. For purposes of this Agreement, “Payroll Information” shall mean all information posted for your review on the Service such as, the information used to calculate and pay employee payroll, track your employee’s leave, payments of pcb/epf/socso in compliance with the laws and regulations of such statutory bodies. You must correct incorrect or missing Payroll Information, either by itself or by notifying Kakitangan.com in the manner specified in the electronic communication and within the time period specified therein. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, submit and/or approve, including, without limitation any penalties.
You agree that by submitting each payroll (including the first payroll): –
- you have approved and confirmed all Payroll Information,
- you have waived and released any claim against Kakitangan.com arising out of any errors in the Payroll Information which you have not yourself corrected or have not requested Kakitangan.com to correct,
- any subsequent request for corrections will be considered special handling and additional fees may be charged.
Final audit responsibility rests with you. Kakitangan.com will not have any responsibility for verifying the accuracy of any data you provide or directly input via the Service or any other method. Kakitangan.com may permit, but shall not be obligated to permit your Payroll Administrator or other a designated representative to communicate with Kakitangan.com by electronic mail or other means about the Service.
You acknowledge that any such electronic mail communication or other means of communication will be made available for your benefit and convenience, that any Payroll Information, Entries or other instructions communicated to Kakitangan.com will be deemed to have been fully authorized by you and you shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of such information including, without limitation, any tax or other penalties; and that, notwithstanding such deemed authorization, Kakitangan.com may in its sole discretion refuse to accept or act upon any such instructions.
Kakitangan.com, its employees and agents will hold in strict confidence all data furnished by you or produced by Kakitangan.com under this Agreement; provided, however, that such parties will not be held liable if such data is released through other sources, or if Kakitangan.com, its employees and agents release the data because of a reasonable belief that you have consented to such disclosure.

Please check, approve, and confirm your payroll amount. You shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of the information as well as submission of data and payment to the relevant statutory organizations.
Liability
In order to use the Service, you must submit accurate salary/wage and payroll information to Kakitangan.com during the onboarding process. Kakitangan.com will not be liable for any penalty, interest or other liability that results from inaccurate or incomplete information you supply. The payroll information must be reconciled with your employee’s previous payslips or previous payroll information for the current tax year.
Thereafter, you shall timely and accurately update all wage and payroll information as necessary to reflect changes with additional information requested from time to time by Kakitangan.com. It is your responsibility to submit complete and accurate information to Kakitangan.com and to remit the fees due in connection with the Service. Any penalty incurred due to late remission of payment or inaccurate information provided by you will be your sole responsibility.
You further agree to hold Kakitangan.com harmless from such liability. Kakitangan.com, at its option, may decide not to submit your payroll monthly or yearly forms, make payments to the various statutory bodies, or otherwise process your payroll if there are any unresolved problems with any information requested by Kakitangan.com or submitted by you.
You are responsible for:
- depositing any liabilities to date, incurred to the statutory bodies (before and after the payroll processing with the Kakitangan.com),
- submitting any monthly/yearly forms/payments to statutory bodies that are now due, and
- cancelling any prior payroll service.
Basically
You’re liable on the numbers you checked and confirmed, and your submission of data and payment to the relevant statutory organizations.
Kakitangan.com provides you a tool to help your process, but cannot be liable for any mistakes made in processing the payroll that you have confirmed.

Integrations with Third Party Sites and Services
In order to use and/or access certain Kakitangan.com Services, you may direct Kakitangan.com to retrieve and manage your own information maintained online by third-party institution such as payroll companies or health insurance companies — with which you have customer relationships, maintain accounts or engage in financial transactions (“Account Information”). We will then connect directly with your online service providers to access this Account Information. At your direction, we may also open accounts on your behalf at third-party institutions and make changes on your behalf with third party sites and services.
When importing your information from third-party institutions, we make no effort to review the Account Information for any purpose, including but not limited to accuracy, legality or non-infringement. We are not responsible for the products and services offered by or on third-party sites.
By submitting information, data, passwords, usernames, PINs, other log-in information, materials and other content through the Kakitangan.com Service, you are licensing that content to us solely for the purpose of providing the Kakitangan.com Service. We may use and store the content, but only to provide the Kakitangan.com Service to you. By submitting this content to us, you represent that you are entitled to submit it to us for use for this purpose, without any obligation by us to pay any fees or other limitations.
